Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits for bulk meat shares are non-refundable, as they help cover the upfront costs of raising calves and farm operations.
  • Full payment is required before your order can be picked up or delivered.

Order Cancellations

  • We cannot accept cancellations after a deposit is made, since the funds are used to reserve and raise your animal.
  • If The Gillis Farm cannot fulfill your order due to unforeseen farm or supply issues, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of meat, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after the order has been fulfilled—except in cases where:
    • The product is spoiled or contaminated upon receipt.
    • The wrong item was delivered to you.

Exceptional Circumstances

Other refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
